My favorite villians are probobly Venom (Eddie Brock) and Carnage. Green Goblin and Hobgoblin would probobly be next in line.

Guess I am going to have to go with Doc Ock for the moment. He is highly educated and at times seems to be remorseful. And it is cool the way he moves around.
