Comic Book Collecting

Hello comic collectors! In our collecting industry today, it seems that
the creators of our most popular comic heros are hitting the big
screen.

I don’t get too caught up in “watching” the movies as much as how
they play a part in how it affect the comic collecting industry as a
whole.

So, on this page I will dedicate some space to keep you abreast of
what heros (and villains) will be showing up in the theaters and
what comic books you should look out for based on the movie.

Here are some up-coming movies to keep an eye out for: (I’ll have
more details on each soon)

1. Iron Man 2 – My good friend, Sean over at comic book secrets
   has given a list of comic books to watch for related to this
   new movie:

   Tales of Suspense 39 ? 1st Iron Man, so it?s a natural. Plus just a
   great key to have for the collector/investor
   Iron Man 1 ? 1st self titles comic, has held up well and I love
   that deep blue cover!
   Tales of Suspense 52 ? 1st Black Widow, played by Scarlett
   Johansson in the movie
   Tales of Suspense 97 ? 1st Whiplash played by Mickey Rourke
   Iron Man 118- 1st War Machine, played by Don Cheadle
   Sergeant Fury and His Howling Commandos 1 ? the Nick Fury
   character continues to get more and more screen time, so I am
   watching.
