Action Comics #1 sold for $1.5 million dollars!
This particular issue was owned by a private collector and was found tucked inside of an old

Heritage Auctions on February 24, 2010.
According to Heritage, there is no copy graded higher than an 8.0 CGC
universal grade and herein lies the point, higher grades sell for higher

Let me give you a little prelude to this story. I was searching ebay
a couple of weeks back and came across an X-Men comic that
caught my eye – and from the time I saw it I wanted to find me
a nice high-grade copy of it.
